125wins Platform Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in or using any service provided by 125wins, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 125wins platform.

These terms and conditions should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 125wins.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the 125wins platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• A fully responsible individual who is not under any guardianship or court order relating to the capacity to make financial decisions.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme in any jurisdiction.
• Registering voluntarily for personal entertainment and not under pressure from any party.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at 125wins. Opening more than one account using the same name, email address, phone number, payment method or device is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile number and a valid email address. 125wins reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time before processing any withdrawal.

4. Deposits and Payments

125wins supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including local commercial banks)
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 125wins does not accept funds from third parties. Any deposit suspected of coming from an unauthorised source will be frozen and investigated.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. The typical withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes once all verification requirements have been met.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. 125wins reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals above a certain amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

125wins offers a range of promotions to registered players. The welcome bonus is a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM300, subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

General terms applicable to all 125wins promotions:

• Each player is only eligible to claim a promotion once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• 125wins reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion, including placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

7. Game Rules

The 125wins platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, baccarat, poker, roulette, sic bo, sports betting and esports. Each game category has its own specific rules accessible in the platform's help section.

In the event of a technical dispute such as internet connection interruption, server failure or incorrect result display, 125wins will use the transaction records stored in the server database as the final reference for resolving any issue.

8. User Conduct

125wins users are required to behave responsibly, honestly and respectfully in all interactions on the platform. Specifically prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating duplicate accounts or using a false identity.
• Sharing login details or selling an account to another party.
• Threatening, insulting or harassing customer support staff.
• Downloading or using third-party software designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering using the 125wins platform.
• Disclosing another player's account information without their consent.
